John indicated that the alternative/summative workflow now appears in CIM Miscellaneous proposals; this was approved by the Graduate Council in Fall 2022. He, Steph and Karen will discuss offline whether proposals approved after approval of the policy, but before the policy was entered in CIM, need to be discussed with the originators to revise to comply with the policy.
